The protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in Delhi's Shaheen Bagh, the police brutality at Jamia Millia Islamia and other events that lay at the heart of the northeast Delhi riots in February, 2020 have been chronicled in a recently-released photo book, Hum Dekhenge.
For the release of the book, which features pictures taken mostly by Jamia students, a panel discussion was organised featuring Supreme Court advocate Prashant Bhushan, CPI(M) leader Brinda Karat, journalist Zia Us Salam, professor Apoorvanand, activist Safoora Zargar and more.
Watch The Wire's coverage of the event to hear what the panel had to say.
