In Delhi's violence-hit Jahangirpuri area, the North Delhi Municipal Corporation's decided to hold a two day anti-encroachment drive. Allegedly 'illegal' constructions of the accused were demolished, and the NDMC continued even after the Supreme Court stayed the demolition. Later, when the petitioner's counsel returned to the apex court, the demolition stopped.
