Prime Minister Modi has arrived in Washington DC for a 2-day visit at the invitation of President Trump. This makes him one of just a few international leaders to meet Trump so soon after his inauguration. But what can this visit achieve? Is a second flowering of the Trump-Modi camaraderie likely?
