On September 10, India’s Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar met with the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Moscow regarding the ongoing tensions on the India- China border. The meeting led to an agreement that has muddled the previous demarcation of the Line of Actual Control.
