In an interview with The Wire's founding editor M.K. Venu, Professor Mohammed Marandi, who is a former advisor to Iran's nuclear negotiation team, echoed the views of the foreign ministers of Iran and India at the Delhi BRICS meeting that unilateral, coercive measures and sanctions by hegemonic powers are not acceptable as they violate international law and UN Charter.
