Director Anubhav Sinha's latest film is about the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the sudden imposition of the lockdown in India forced lakhs of migrant workers to travel hundreds of kilometres on foot to reach their native places. The new film, Bheed, stars Rajkummar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar and Ashutosh Rana and hit the box office on Friday, March 24.
