Former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh's funeral has sparked criticism from the Congress party against the central government and the Bharatiya Janata Party. Rahul Gandhi and Pawan Khera have alleged that Singh was not accorded state honours befitting his contributions, unlike the grand arrangements and full state honours given during Atal Bihari Vajpayee's funeral in 2018.
