On September 24, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) razed 2.5 acres of slums in Dhobi Ghat, Okhla, leaving thousands homeless. This was done on the orders of the National Green Tribunal (NGT). Slum dwellers are now asking how they will protect themselves against the pandemic now that they have been rendered homeless by the government.
