In the capital, New Delhi, people are struggling to survive. Throughout the city, dozens of ambulances are making the rounds, carrying patients who are in desperate need of oxygen and hospitalisation. Plunged into a crisis where the medical infrastructure has fallen far too short, many aren't able to survive.
