History always walks with us like a shadow, and the ignorance towards it leads us to forget our own identity. Zafar Mahal is one of the shadows, built by Akbar Shah II in the 18th century and later, the entrance gate was reconstructed by the last Mughal emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar. Currently, this monument is going through its worst phase and now it’s high time to preserve and give life to these behind the wall stories.
