The court has allowed the Centre to circulate the letter of adjournment.

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Centre to circulate a letter for adjournment in Tuesday’s scheduled hearing on Rafale review pleas.

A bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi allowed the Centre’s counsel to circulate the letter among parties which include petitioners who have filed review pleas. It has not yet passed an order on the request, and will do so based on the letter.

According to the Hindustan Times, the Centre is seeking an adjournment because it needs more time to file its affidavit.
