This is the same sky

That taunted me when I had to run

And hide inside four walls

This is the same sky

That scared me when I looked up

And saw constellations

Scattered and free

But, something is different tonight

I am free

I can lie down and look up at it

Even after the clock strikes 10:30

My life is no longer a Cinderella story

I don't have to run away again

And leave behind a token of my freedom

But fairy tales don't exist, do they?

Will mine end soon too?
