New Delhi: The Election Commission has made it clear that the process of voter list revision in Bihar will take place according to its notification issued on June 24, 2025. This means that only those individuals will have their enumeration forms converted into voting rights who are able to submit at least one of the 11 certificates required by the Election Commission. 

However, upon speaking with the booth-level officers present on the ground, it has been revealed that most people in Bihar do not possess even one of the 11 types of certificates demanded by the Election Commission. 

The booth-level officers are now saying that they have now received an order from above that the enumeration form should be filled and submitted with any certificate that people possess.
