Ashish Mishra is accused of ramming his car into protesting farmers, resulting in the death of four people and injuries to several more. Ashish was called by the police for questioning on Saturday, after which he was arrested.

Eight people lost their lives in the violence, including two BJP workers, Ashish Mishra's driver and a journalist.
