Dobaraa Brings Kolhapuri Cuisine to Pune With Maharashtra’s Bold Flavours by Chef Reshma Mane

Pune (Maharashtra) [India], September 18: Dobaraa, an all day bar at Phoenix Marketcity, Pune is set to host a special culinary pop-up Menu “Zhanzhanit Kolhapur” showcasing the flavours of Kolhapur, starting September 10, 2025 till September 19, 2025. The new menu by Chef Reshma Mane will offer the region’s distinct food culture, celebrated for its use of multifaceted spice blends, flavourful curries and hearty preparations.

The curated menu will feature a variety of dishes that capture the true spirit of Kolhapuri cuisine, renowned for its ‘Zhanzhanit’, meaning spicy, fiery and intensely flavourful. Guests can expect specialties such as Kothimbir Wadi, Kharda Chicken, Kolhapuri Aloo Masala, Mutton Kolhapuri Masala and Chicken Kolhapuri Thali, known for their robust seasoning and depth of flavour. The menu has been created to reflect both traditional cooking methods and regional authenticity while catering to the palate of a wider audience in Pune.

To complement the spice intensity of Kolhapuri food, Dobaraa has also created a lineup of specially designed concoctions. These are intended not just as accompaniments but as part of the overall experience, offering balance and refreshment.
