M3M Foundation Shines at TOIFA 2025 as our Beneficiaries Honoured on National Stage
M3M Foundation brings 10 inspiring beneficiaries from its flagship programmes to the national stage, as real-life heroes stand tall before India New Delhi, 8th December 2025 : At the 2025 edition of The Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA) in Mumbai, the spotlight extended beyond cinema to celebrate courage and human transformation. As the Presenting Sponsor, M3M, along with its philanthropic arm M3M Foundation, brought ten inspiring beneficiaries from its nine flagship programmes to the national platform — a landmark moment for the organisation and the communities it serves.
Representing Sarvodya, iMpower, Saakshar, Kaushal Sambhal, Kartavya, Vanjeevan, Sankalp, Lakshya, and Mashaal, the beneficiaries stood on stage for the National Anthem, receiving an emotional ovation from the audience. For many, it was their first flight, their first visit to Mumbai, and their first exposure to a hall filled with leading film personalities — turning the experience into a milestone of confidence and pride.
Two beneficiaries were specially recognised for their exceptional achievements: Lakshya scholar Suryakant Yadav, currently World No. 3 in Para-Badminton Doubles with over twenty international medals, was honoured for his rising sporting excellence and Olympic aspirations; and Lakshmi, a 52-year-old Paniyar tribal woman from Pothukolly under the Sankalp Programme, was acknowledged for transforming her livelihood through dairy farming and a biogas unit that has brought clean energy, stable income, and renewed dignity to her family. Their journeys, showcased on the TOIFA stage, reflected the power of opportunity and resilience.
The presence of all ten beneficiaries at TOIFA reaffirmed the Foundation’s belief that real stories of progress come from individuals who rise above adversity. Their moment on the national stage reflected both their personal courage and the Foundation’s commitment to enabling dignity, confidence, and long-term transformation.
Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson and Trustee of M3M Foundation, honoured the beneficiaries during the ceremony. “Recognising these individuals on a platform like TOIFA is a powerful reminder that courage exists in the most ordinary lives,” she said. “Their journeys motivate us to keep expanding opportunities that help people rise with dignity and hope.” Through TOIFA 2025, M3M reinforced its vision of celebrating real heroes whose stories reflect resilience, empowerment, and meaningful social change.
