The north Indian states of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi are currently in the grip of floods. Lakhs of people have been rendered homeless and forced to live in roadside camps.
There is a danger of flood in Delhi at this time, with the houses of people living along the banks of the Yamuna river having been completely submerged. The Delhi government has taken people to camps and assured good facilities, but are the conditions in these camps the same as what the government is claiming?
