In this episode of The Wire Primetime, Professor Barry Naughton, leading US expert on the Chinese economy and China’s industrial policy, speaks to founding editor Siddharth Varadarajan about China’s economic problems and how President Xi Jinping’s pursuit of technological autarchy is coming in the way of sound macro-economic management.
