The Kuwaiti military said multiple hostile drones struck terminal one of the airport, causing severe material damage.
The Kuwaiti health ministry mentioned that 63 people, including airport staff and passengers were injured in the Iranian strikes today.
Iran's Revolutionary Guards described the strikes as retaliation for a US missile strike on an oil tanker bound for Iran. US forces subsequently conducted strikes on Qeshm Island and said they had defeated multiple Iranian ballistic missiles and drones.
