New Delhi: The 11th ‘Reclaim the Workers' Rights’ conference of the All India Central Council of Trade Unions is being held between February 24 and 26 in Delhi.

Workers from across the country have raised their voices in this conference on labour rights, the contract system, the new labour codes, corporate exploitation, privatisation, minimum wages, pension rights and other issues.

Contract workers, sanitation workers, gig workers, railway employees, construction labourers, domestic workers and workers from other sectors have united against the “pro-corporate policies and new criminal laws of the Modi government”.

Restoration of the old pension scheme, respectable wages, secure employment and the struggle against ‘divisive policies’ make up the conference's main agenda.
