Bihar Elections: A Close Contest and a Churn in Bihari Society

In an interview to describe, analyse and assess the election campaign in Bihar, which concludes on Sunday (November 9), senior journalist and author Neerja Chowdhury says that it’s a close contest and, very possibly, too close to call. She says: “There’s a churn going on in Bihari society and November 14 will give us an insight into what that adds up to.”

Chowdhury also analytically discusses the campaign, the issues that have been raised and the impact made by leading political players.
